Kelli, Orthodontic Assistant
I have been with our practice since January 2008. My favorite part of working in orthodontics is watching the "smiles" of our patients transform on a day to day basis.
When not at the office, I enjoy time with my husband, Court, and 3-year-old daughter, Indi. I also spend time in the studio singing and playing piano.
Becky, Orthodontic Assistant
I have been in the orthodontic field for over 20 years and have assisted in all phases of treatment. I enjoy seeing the increased self-esteem that a beautiful smile creates.
I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and reading. I am an animal lover and also enjoy traveling.
Dee, Orthodontic Laboratory Technician
I construct most of the appliances for Dr. Koppel & Dr. Hall. I enjoy creating unique designs in the retainers that the patients will like. It is rewarding for me to have patients tell us how "cool" their appliances and retainers are.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My favorite hobby is painting. I also enjoy boating, camping and fishing. I like traveling to new places and seeing new things.

I enjoy working with patients and seeing the difference a great smile makes in a person's self-esteem. I love to make every patient smile and laugh.

Angela, Orthodontic Assistant
I began practicing orthodontic assisting duties over 8 years ago. I enjoy working closely with my co-workers to assist in all phases of treatment. I believe that the patient's care should exceed their expectations.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Also, I volunteer weekly at a local food pantry where I assume the responsibility of the food coordinator.
Deena, Insurance Claims
I handle all submission of insurance claims. I work closely with all patients to provide the maximum insurance benefit so that the transition into braces is an easy one. I take great pride in knowing that I have had a role in helping families obtain this opportunity of having a great smile.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, Tony, and riding 4-wheelers with my three sons, Blake, Alex, and Spencer. Family, friends, hunting, and fishing are my passions.
Angie, Treatment Coordinator
I have been with the practice for 12 years. After assisting chairside for 8 years, I transitioned into the role as treatment coordinator. I enjoy this opportunity to help make a new patient at ease and to provide them with all of the information they need to start their journey to a beautiful smile.
I love spending time with my husband of 15 years and my two wonderful boys. Traveling, shopping and my love for tennis keep me busy in my spare time.
Tara, Administrative Assistant
I have worked in the practice since 1981 and after working 16 years as an orthodontic assistant, I was ready for new responsibilities and challenges. I moved to the front office where some of my duties include sending out all correspondence to our patients and their dentists. Also, I keep the status of our inventory & purchasing professional and office supplies. I enjoy interacting with our patients and parents, and love seeing the positive influence a beautiful smile can make.
I love spending time with my husband of 30 years. I have two beautiful daughters and am proud to say, I'm soon to be a grandma! I enjoy shopping, traveling and boating on our beautiful area lakes.
Mary, Financial Coordinator and Business Manager
Financial Coordinator:
As the Financial Coordinator, I enjoy discussing the financial arrangements with the families of our patients. We work together to set up a payment plan that will best fit their needs and abilities.
Business Manager:
As the Business Manager, I am responsible for the daily business aspects of our office. This includes accounts receivables, accounts payable and payroll. These duties allow me to meet many interesting people and to see former patients who are returning with their children as patients. Our well-trained, efficient, friendly and caring team makes coming to work a pleasure, even after 38 years of working in this office. Dr. Koppel and Dr. Hall are most caring and are always thinking of the patients and how to make their experience in the office relaxing and enjoyable. Our whole staff is fun and we all try to make our patients feel comfortable during their visits.
My husband, William, of 41 years and I have two sons and daughters-in-law. They are all successful in their lines of work. I really like playing with our three grandchildren, and the fourth is on the way. We enjoy dancing to the oldies, camping in our RV and fishing. We like to go on cruises occasionally. We attend Highland Presbyterian Church.
Cara, Clinical Coordinator
I have been with this practice for 28 years. Years of cross training have given me the ability to help out wherever necessary. I work with the doctors to prepare our indirect bond trays for applying braces. This allows the patient to have their braces put on in fewer steps, which allows them to use their time more efficiently. My favorite area is chairside, acquainting myself with patients and parents in a personal and professional setting.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love being outside. I am married and a mother of three daughters. One is grown and an RN, and the other two are my 8-year-old twins who keep me very busy. We enjoy fishing, horseback riding, swimming and just being together. My personal time usually consists of coffee and a good chick flick. Life is good!
Courtney, Appointment Coordinator
I enjoy meeting and greeting our patients as they come into the office. I answer the phones and schedule appointments. Seeing our patients transform as their smile transforms is my favorite part of working in orthodontics.
I am a huge sports fan! I love Cardinal baseball, the Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys. I enjoy reading and watching movies. My greatest joy is spending time with my husband and two boys.
